Your call to the preaching ministry (Please try to keep to 1 page length).
Letter of reference from the Lead Pastor/Elder from your local church.
Letter of reference from either Dr. McKellar, Dr. Osborne or Dr. Mann.
Submit an outline/manuscript (either) and a link to an audio/video (either) recording of a sermon you have preached.

It is advised that you have this document prepared ahead of time as you will not be able to save your progress on this form.
